A one-week workshop for professional actors:
Monday:
9:00 – 10:30 am: Acting Technique Class – Introduction to various acting techniques and
warm-up exercises.
10:45 – 12:00 pm: Improvisation Workshop – Focus on spontaneity, listening skills, and
creating scenes through improvisation exercises.
1:00 – 2:30 pm: Voice and Speech Training – Voice warm-up exercises, breathing techniques, and articulation exercises to improve projection and clarity.
2:45 – 4:00 pm: Camera Acting – Exploring the technical and artistic aspects of acting
in front of the camera, including script analysis, blocking, and delivering film and television performances.
Tuesday:
9:00 – 10:30 am: Scene Study – Working on selected scenes from various plays or films,
focusing on character development, emotional truth, and scene objectives.
10:45 – 12:00 pm: Movement and Physicality – Integrating body movements and physicality to create unique and dynamic characters.
1:00 – 2:30 pm: Audition Techniques – Preparing actors for auditions through monologue selection, delivery techniques, and self-presentation advice.
2:45 – 4:00 pm: Script Analysis – Learning how to analyze a script, analyze characters,
and identify key moments to enhance acting possibilities.
Wednesday:
9:00 – 10:30 am: Meisner Technique – Introducing the Meisner approach with a focus
on honest acting, emotional preparation, and „living truthfully under imaginary circumstances.”
10:45 – 12:00 pm: Physical Warm-up – Performing physical warm-up exercises and yoga
practices for relaxation, breath control, and mind-body connection.
1:00 – 4:30 pm: Dialect and Accent Training – Practicing different dialects and accents
to enhance versatility and authenticity in character portrayal.
Thursday:
9:00 – 10:30 am: Stage Combat – Introduction to safe and effective stage combat techniques, including close combat, fencing, and choreography.
10:45 – 12:00 pm: Camera Audition Workshop – Hands-on guidance for auditions for
film and television, including selecting appropriate material and delivering effective
performances in front of the camera.
1:00 – 4:30 pm: Shooting
Friday:
9:00 am – 4:30 pm: Shooting
1:00 – 4:00 pm: Final Presentation – Projection
